Reduce the number of players in ZS

Please decrease the maximum number of players in ZS.
Makes a fucking lag.
36 players put in maximum 17 player, because my friend that I speak from 10 to 17 (out there) would be good to play much better! :)

i think it is fine the way it is because
1:zs normally has about 20 and up players
2:it will become gay like TTT is sometimes if there is 16 players and no admin it will say
"kicked slot reserved for admin"which is gay and annoying
3:zs would always be filled because no one normally quits zs unless they HAVE to leave
4:because it would make it to easy for the zombies not enough people to fight them back some the game would end to quick
