They always do that. No matter what happens, THEY ALL VOTE YES.
Me and Zomboss even tested it. We were playing normally and he started to votekick/ban himself and everyone just kept voting yes.

Nope, and I have no idea why he's still respected, he's reported for random kicking banning twice now -.-
