Noe im going to do it :(, ill post progress in a minute.
After a lot of minutes (like over 9000 cause I forgot, here is first house in tranquility lane).
Main issue so far is that interior of houses are differently shaped than the exteriors (since fallout requires loading when entering buildings, mappers got lazy.)

Well, Im actually working on this again. I've hit my first major hurdle so far, between the differences between the geck and source engines: foliage.
I have no idea how to make the terrain look as natural in source SDK as it does in geck.

Well, im not at my pwn computer right now but when i get back im going to talk to tomcat about him ripping some textures off the GECK for me. That should make the map look a lot more natural.
Anyways, ill post a pic of a complete house when I get back.
