so your ability to speak english dictates how good of an admin you can be... so that means ruben shouldnt be super admin, let alone admin, thats what ur getting at right?

If he can't understand when somebody is explaining a problem, how is he going to fix it?
Ruben can speak and understand English quite well, he just prefers a more...colloquial way of conveying his messages.
