However, NONE OF THE ADMINS CAN SPEAK JAPANESE.
I wish to have players from Japan the same equal rules as everyone else.
As well as all of the American, German, Austrian, Canadian, Brazilian, Argentinian, Venezuelan, Slovakian, European, African, Chinese, Australian, and Russian players of RND.
