my graphics card has 1822MB of RAM ftw

Pretty raw setup you gots, but me has the Graphics from Heaven :D

I would like to inform you, that is an integrated intel card.

It's on your mobo and shares your ram in your system.. that's why you think you have more ram then others.

This degrades a computer system's performance with 3d applications and etc.

A dedicated graphics card has it's own memory and does not share with the system.

Oh, and graphics memory is not the only aspect of a graphics card performance! (clock/mem frequency, processors (shaders, etc) )

supposedy the "Fastest GPU on the Planet"

The gtx 295 has 2 gtx 280 cards set to gtx 260 speeds that are attached together in SLI.
It beat out the ATI competition at the time but I'm not sure as of now.
