zippo not giving warnings and sometimes bans instead of kicking

I have seen zippo hand out two votekicks with no warning, so this topic is not completely invalidated.

But this topic is weak, though.

when someone breaks the rule, like prop pushing, etc.
you dont warn them, you kick them, i belive everyone
knows that its against the rules to prop push, so why
would i warn?

i dont remember that i have ever done that, but if you

Read the stikies, numb nuts. You must warn THEN kick.

depends on what rule it is.
You defiantly don't need to warn a guy who just killed your wife before you shoot him. Likewise you don't need to warn a prop pusher who fucked up your boat. Some things are unacceptable and everyone one knows when they cross that line.
