Title: Flood server not responding?

Earlier today I was tempbanned by CommanderEddy for an hour.
I had attacked his boat, then jumping onto it to continue attacking when my boat (a vending machine I found just lying around) was destroyed.
He banned me for messing up the money round he was trying to have.
Which brings me to this:
It's been more than an hour and now the flood server isn't responding?
Is it down or do I require admin help?

Well, You should have been able to re-join after an hour... The server could have been down but i wasn't on gmod yesterday so i don't know. Maybe next time you get banned/kick for the wrong reason report the player with proof and he might get demoted.

Well, this is usually caused by too much information overloading the client on load.
