Title: .dem file help

i have recorded a couple of videos using the terminal box thing and i was wondering how to play those files.  i have found no way to convert them. and no help from google.. any help is appreciated.

how do i convert it (for example .avi or .wmv) ???

you can't
however you could use fraps or xfire to record your demo in that format. this might give you a faster frame rate and prevent loss of frames.
