Title: Are VoteKicks Disabled??

i couldent votekick for lagging this one server, so i asked someone on that server how to votekick and they said it was disabled so i just wanted to try so i typed into console !votekick and votekick then space then the username and it dident work :'( so i lagged out and came here for advise. and just an fyi i am respected

type it in chat. or type say votekick Butcher in console.
