Title: Votebans not working on people

Can we get the votekick/ban turned into a steam id based ban? I don't know what that would take, but it is getting pretty frustrating to have votebans not work on someone who knows their way around a modem.

You have to be cautious though, on the zs  and flood servers people get ragebanned all the time.

If you somehow manage to sort through that, you will find what hes talking about. We banned neo for 60 mins, but he came back in under five after resetting his modem.

Yeah, however, i was being trapped and people were using balls of steel on me.

But if we do ever implement this, we will need to make sure our community can be trusted with this power

No man dont worry. From what i know you should get your respect back after 24 hours from a voteban. What im saying is that when you get votebaned you loose your respect for 24 hours. But im not 100% sure.
