I was playing ttt and then someone comes in and says im new here and asked people for help and then later he started target rdming and name hacking  and i posted this his first name was G3no Then Imasillypiggy then he started changing them real fast my evidence is in a picture at---http://img826.imageshack.us/i/dmisland170000.jpg/ you can ask the real piggy

its idk for US keybord.
and not esc key.
japanese keybord console open is "半角/全角" key.

Since no steam Id has been posted of the offender, and it dosn't seem like one is going to be posted for a while now... I'll just close this. If you ever do get it, re-post the evidence with the steam id.

This is also the same positioning for the console key on english keyboards.
