Title: PHX/Wire Build server down and not reporting

For some reason the PHX/Wire build server cannot be connected to at the moment. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we can't fix something without knowing the problem.

If you would describe what happens or post a condump, it would be appreciated!
