What is it:
Algodooo is a 2d physics simulation sandbox.
You can do various things from:
Mechanics

You can also enable meta surface rendering where it shaders the water to make it look real.

The newer version is 1.7.1. You have to pay for it. But im sure other people have go it a different way. w/e that is.

Draw a box, attach wheels, make a chain surrounding the wheels, make a system that slingshots the water out with pressure, and that's about it lol though it's easier said than done =P
