I vote no. This guy had either two or three ban appeals on him, and had been kicked/banned numerous for propkilling and RDM'ing.

Lately, I havn't heard any complaints of him, but I think it's too soon to give him respected.

Even though his app is 200% better than the usual people who try to get it.
