Title: are the steam servers down?

im trying to play l4d and it keeps poping up could not connect to steam cloud. When i fin got on it was in offline mode and sayed could not connect to steam servers.

leave an answer and gtfo >:O

the servers went up for about an hour and now there back down wtf are they doing im pissed
