Title: WTF is that!! (Help)

when i connect to the server i press Q and  i dont see the menu
but i see the tools menu
this what it says

 :( i'm having the same problem, i reinstalled gmod last night and apprently the server was updated today. i reinstalled PHX3 and wiremod and engine mod with svn and now i cannot see half my wire's, and have no prop menu that i can use to spawn props it only says Animals in the upper left and had my tool menu on the right when i do the Q menu, also it appears that the files needed to play on the server (which i need 920 of) are downloading but when i leave the server and join back it makes me REDOWNLOAD all the files again.

Unfortunately the recent wire update has caused everyone a little bit of a headache.

We are currently working to resolve any problems.
