Title: Easy way to revive Flood

People complain that teh mp5 is way too strong, and because of this people dont make boats anymore. way too amny players have it because its over priced by a landslide. ive figured out a way on how to fix this problem.

My educated opinion: bring mp5 dmg down to 3.

this really doesnt seem hard at all to change this. just change one number in the weapon code. what do all the admins say about this? i dont want this being just another ignored request this can really make teh flood server better .

So it restrict money rounders and ppl would use there money less wisely.
