WTF !
So basically, its my birthday today and someone bought me a gift.
But I got this error.

The Steam servers are probably too busy, just wait a few hours and then try again.

Let's say if we previously got a gift pass for TF2, Once you activate that, You cannot activate any others

So basicly if you've had a gift pass for that game before you cannot use another one.
