You can make a official sadness thread, or if you want to discuss sad stuff in your life, open a thread of your own (which is IMO the best idea), and to keep it serious we will need mods, ACTIVE mods....
But yeah, sounds like a good idea, even though I won't use it cause I don't talk about sad stuff in my life =D

Yeah it's sad but there are people that have the need to talk about these things and get positive feedback so they will feel better, and those people usually don't have someone to talk with about these stuff =\

I am now in LA where I have made MORE friends.
My Dad lost his job.
Due to the financial issues, I am forced to go back to China.
But not to my old school.
Therefore I am losing even MORE friends.

You think that people care about the shit you wrote up there? that's nothing, I won't even bother thinking about these kind of things, I meant SERIOUS stuff, stuff that you can't ignore or stop thinking about them, stuff that makes you suffer day after day, and playing video games is just to escape reality, you don't face your problems, if you do that you're a weak person (in personality).

Wow, that really sucks...but always remember that there people in the world that have much worse life than you do, you have a computer, you have food, water, a home, and you have parents (you have all of these right? lol) there are people that don't have these things, so at-least you aren't like that =D

Let me sum this up (pardon my typos im doing this through my phone)
everyone DOES want a sadness section and I understand why. Some people don't have a good enough relationship with their parents so they can't approach them with personal problems. Or their friends aren't a reliable source of moral support. In my opinion online friends would understand more thanreal life support. Yes it's true that games are used to get away from reality and most people spend endless hours playing games because lifes hard on them. Yes they may have food, shelter and a warm bed but they're homeless, hungry and cold emotionally. And for those people saying they need to be strong and suck it up, they ARE strong because they've come this far and still manages to go through it. All they want is to hear uplifting words to help them continue on being strong. A pat on the back and saying "you can do it" is good enough. Someone to lend a helping hand. They're not asking for much. They're ignored most of the time please hear them out Just this once...

I may be ignorant, but thats only cause I live a pretty ok life as far as I can tell. I dont know if that makes me strong or something but... I've never had to experience pain like that. And wtf what is worse than one of your parents dieing? The only things worse than that are too horrific to mention and i know for damn sure they haven't happened to you. Come back when you get back from Iraq or something.
I may not know wtf your sadness problem is, but i know what its like to not be sad and it feels damn good. Therefore, taking advice from the non-sad guy seems better than taking it from the sad guy. Just sayin.
