when someone is given respected, there should be one player in our community that personal messages teh person that just got respected.
this pm should congratulate to them that they have successfully became respected. it should include what your duty is as respected. also teh dos and donts of respected: eg. be lenient with people, dont kick for mic spam, etc.
it should tell them extra information like wear a .:RND`=- tag (optional) to show your status with the servers.
you get the point

You people seem to fail to realize there are these things that exist on Gmod which wish to cause havoc. These things are called minges. The way RND currently recruits respected allows these minges to easily cause havoc and "minge". Sending a pointless message to these noob respected won't stop them from minging, in fact, I promise hardly anyone will read the message.

you cannot make the assumption that all respected newbies are minges. i dont know what percentage of new respected people made actually go on these forums at least once in a while. if they do they will see the message. whether or not the message sent to them will make any change; i dont know.

haha at sabbath freak yea we know 8) and yea i agree i do think Cobra deserves admin =] (IM SUPRISED YOU ARE NOT AN ADMIN CAUSE YOU ACT LIKE ONE ALL THE TIME >=O.) What i think we need to do is re-invent the respected application to be well.... ACTUAL APPLICATIONS =D just food for thought you know a form and all would be nice dunno who would like to be the one to do that though >.>.

P.S, won't have Gmod for a while. Did something kinda stupid... Meaning I brought my computer in to get a new graphics card installed and they found a shit load of illegal shit and viruses x.x. They had to do a sweep on my hardrive to install the graphics card. I'll buy Gmod later, and in case you were wondering, I didn't get in trouble for the illegal stuff. The guy was surprised by all the stuff on it, but didn't report it since I wasn't selling any of it ._..

My idea: change the damn way you get respected, I always complained about it, even when I joined I thought it was WAAAAYYY too easy to get respected and I always will complain about it until it will change.
Coolz should get some active, devoted, responsible, mature ppl to help him manage the forums/applications, because RND has a bad name, almost every server I go in, people think I'm a minge, smartass and fag only because I'm RND, of-course that then I prove them wrong, but getting respected should be ALOT harder.
