Title: JPEG to VMT/VTF

I'm trying to turn a Jpeg file into a VMT or VTF file so I can change the backround for my gmod I read something about infranview being able to turn jpegs into vtf's but I'm not having any luck

Anyone got any ideas?

this can change multiple pic files into valve material and texture files,if thats what your trying to do
