I would like to talk about the "You have to wait 120 sec before starting another vote" thingy
it would be good if it changed to 60 or even 20 secs
making a petion so if you approve just post here and ill add you to list.

Nah, all people want on these servers is more power, kinda annoying really. Leave it the way it is or we will have mingetastic bannings and kickings.

I don't remember agreeing to this but I do forget a lot of things.
Anyway here is my opinion from experiences.
Zs_anchor. Back when the door to secret room didn't do dmg, people would stand on it.
I kicked one person because they didn't get off after a warning or two.
Another person got up there.... and did the same thing, to my surprise, another person did too.
And another. Until about 5 accumulated on the door.
Of course I could not do anything yet. But when that 120 secs was up,
they all got off except for 1 that I kicked.
We won (humans) because of those 5 guys.
It was a coincidence that those 120 secs were the last 120 secs of the game.
xD
And another thing.
A respected abuser, did 3 kicks in one game for multiple irrelevant reasons.
This person also threatened to kick a player for saying "you're fucked" (as in "you're screwed/dead bc zombies are coming in") and claimed
"You can't say that to a respected" .. anyway that's a different story.
My point is, should 120 seconds be enough, or is it too much or less?
This brings us to the root of the problem:

i would be against it, cuz there shouldnt be a reason why you should be banning or kickiung someone once every 2 minutes, unless you are in zs or sumthing.
tip: in flood i do teh votekick thing like this when ppl aer money rounding:
JUMP OFF TEH BOAT IN 10 SECONDS OR ELSE I WILL RANDOMLY KICK SOMEONE THAT STILL ON
-this way not only one jumps, but they all jump. ppl taht didnt jump after that u will kick =)

Personally... I think votekicking/banning should be restricted to once or twice a day per person.... That way you will only kick someone who really needs it. I mean for goodness sakes, 2 kicks and 2 bans is more than plenty for one day. I haven't gone over that amount in recent memory, and I don't even have a time limit on me. Granted I can do more than just kick and ban.
How about instead, add a new vote, /moneyrounders or something similar. Where it starts a vote identical to the vote-kick/ban system, but instead of kicking someone if it succeeds, it starts a 30 second timer which at the end of it, it kills everyone in game.
Much less abuse-able, much more effective, and much less extreme, than reducing the timer.

1. I must admit, now that most of them russian have gone back to russia, it is less needed..
2. The moneyrounders thing is good! But like ruben showed, no need for slay when you can launch evrybody in the air or make the gravity -1000 ! lol

hell no thats a horrible idea because u will find more than 4 minges on a server
70% of the time everyone votes no then he starts minging again and the ask u to kick/ban them
oh no i cant i used up all of my kicks and Ban's trying to get him out of the game

Well if none of us are on, and your situation is completely dire, ask for a respected member? Considering we are rapidly approaching a thousand, I think you could scrounge up enough kicks for them all.
The whole purpose of this idea is to prevent flippant kicks/bans, it adds a small measure of consequence that will make members a bit more lenient, rather than spamming the vote-ban for every little transgression.
And if this still doesn't seem like a good idea, then only limit the amount of bans players can do. Because currently respected users don't show any differentiation between kicking and banning, when the whole purpose of the ban is to be a higher form of punishment, not the first course of action.
