Mabye Topics like help/requestions.

Why a help topic mabye someone need some help like
mapping,lua,host a server,and so on.

Why requestion mabye someone need something they can not make Or do not have the stuff to something there want. 

mabye a topic on Other servers.
(if random server down) 

And Other stuff topic talk about other stuff.
