Ok thanks to Sanders, now my steam is fux'ed up.
I installed the new steam thingy.

It's a beta. It work for me. Send complaint to steam people on forums.

Valve are gunna force people to use this update when it comes out of Beta :l

so valve are converting servers for the new steam and removing the old steam servers
