Title: Which server do you think is the best for me?

I need a server with good players, not some minges that spam on their microphones, unless, of course they are adults and are not screaming about 120db !
I like to talk to players, chat, complain and all. Terrorist town is much of a not-under-control server. It has mic spammers, respected abusers (I guess that includes me, because everyone hates that I complain about RDM), and some other random mingebags - remove voteban/votekick availability, make himself an admin and etc.
Servers I tried:
Zombie Survival. Rating: 5/10 . Screamers, admin assholes that redeem everyone, etc.
Winter Survival: Rating 8/10. Killers, betrayers, haters, screamers. Still good though because everyone likes me there :)
Flood : 2/10 . Mingeabgs, lamers, hackers (SO GODDAMN MANY OF THEM!!!!), abusers and all that crazy shit.
Terrorist Town: 5/10. RDMers, abusers and some more, which I can't talk about.
Any servers I could find that would mostly fit my style?

I have been in it. I got disgusted.
I built a mini car and some minge came to my car and started throwing explosive barrels at it. I deleted my car, and threw 1 explosive barrel into his container with some sort... I don't know laser thing. He votekicked me. I got kicked. Never came back. Can't believe they agreed!
