Title: WireBuild Requests
Post by: XTastic on November 13, 2009, 08:18:55 PM
Hey  :D

Few requests for the WireBuild server (20015)

-Allow all users to press anyone's buttons (or just respected+, WITHOUT needing prop protection)
-Enable turret damage (It'd make it funner, because you could actually build things, or make a fort with security)
-Allow all users to sit in anyone's seats (or just respected+, WITHOUT prop protection)

It'd just make the server a bit better, I think. However it may bring on some minges. It would be awesome if these features could be enabled say for Respected+ only.

;D A while back Moo said to request it, and they will probably do it... So here I am :)

Maste,

I agree ;) If anything, it'd be great for the button and seats.

How about restricting turrets to respected, and enabling damage from them? :| I mean, there's no real use for turrets besides killing people, right? Lol.

Grrr... How about for RESPECTED only though? (Admins also of course)

I know what you mean about the turret thing, I just wanted to throw that out there.

However 1 + 3 would be great, if respected only had the privilege of sitting in other peoples seats and pressing other peoples buttons.

Eh, respected are respected. They should 'respect' when someone asks them not to a) sit in their seat or b) press their buttons.

I dont know. It'd just be better for making forts and contraptions.  :police:

Yeah, but it sucks when you want to get someone to try it out, so you have to give them full PP where they can accidentally screw it up or dupe it :|.

[Stupid thought]
Is there a mod or something where you can select people that can press your buttons (w/o giving them full PP)?
[/Stupid thought]

Great thought XTastic. I think there is something like that but then its not called simple prop protection. ;D
