Mine are spam musubi's. They're basically a ball of rice, topped with spam (it can be topped with other things as well), and wrapped in sea weed. Some people add a special sauce (I know it) that makes it taste even better.

I didn't even know these existed until I moved to Hawaii. I was hesitant to try one, but it smelled so amazing, god it was great.

They're really easy to make, but when you're making 20+ to sell at school for a dollar, it can be quite time consuming.

My favorite snack would probably be sweat bread. I know the Japanese term for it but it just doesn't translate to English so no picture either.

Not sushi, though it is a form of it. If it were sushi, I wouldn't be eating it. I'm not a huge fan of sea food.

It doesn't necessarily have to be raw fish to be considered sushi.

I feel like im missing out something though, I dont understand whats so bad about raw fish, I think it tastes great.
