And to save some of our time with explaining, I'll go ahead and do some of that here.

When you first join, you are entitled to a plot, or a piece of land. currently we have three groups of plots: Iron, Gold, and Diamond. In each group there are 4 sections, each section defined by their own unique color. Depending on the grouping that the plot of land is in, the amount of land you get as well as the amount of neighbors you will have vary. You are allowed to choose whatever color and number you prefer, as long as you are able to pay for the group (this excludes Iron). This is a first come, first serve, so if the plot you wanted is taken, tough luck.

For Iron:
-You are allowed one free plot
-Each plot is 10x10 in size
-You have 3 other neighbors

For Gold:
-To buy a plot, it will cost [TBA]. However, if you had a schematic moved over from any other map, the price automatically doubles.
-Each plot is 10x22
-You have one other neighbor

For Diamond:
-To buy a plot, it will cost [TBA]. Same rule applies as Gold plots (price doubles)
-Each plot is 22x22
-You have no neighbors

General Rules:
-You may build beneath your plot as well as above your plot
-The SandStone is considered part of your land
-To build your house, you must gather your own resources outside of the city.
-For corner plots - you are given permission to build above the floors of the city. You are not allowed to destroy or make any change to the floor, it's pattern, or the railing of the floor. Doing so will result in the loss of your plot and all right as a citizen.
-You may only own one plot of land at any given time. If you buy a new one, you may ask an admin to copy over your things to the new plot.
-Your plot is not permanent. If you exceed a month without joining the servers, become banned from the servers, or kicked out of the city, your plot will be given back to the city.
     -Belongings of your plot will be protected for another month once you've reached your month time period.
     -If you are banned, all items will be given to the first people to scavenge your plot. The plot will then be given back to the city.
     -If you are exiled from the city, you are given 1 day to transport your things out of the plot. Failure to do so will result in loss of any and all items in chests, furnaces, and etc. the plot will then be given back to the city.
