Well, I don't know TehHank that much, but you seem pretty cool from what I've seen on the forums, so yeah. Get on and I'll promote c:
Also, I gave Regular+ the right to use the LogBlock.
Basically, it's an adminium block (that can't be placed, don't worry. c:) that will let you know information about the blocks.
Place the block/right click to see what block used to be there, and who broke it.
left click with it to see the current blocks properties (who was the last person to use it and who it belongs to.)
type /lb toolblock
to get the block.
