This is illegal, since you are distributing unlicensed and unpurchased content.
It's also not that simple, since you have to have the games mounted in Garry's Mod or else they won't work properly.

Shouldn't be that confusing, you're just copying and pasting.
But how is it not legal? It's not like he's pirating the game or anything.
