If you click a bind key while you're dead, it doesn't follow the restrictions of being dead and broadcasts the message to everyone. Though the people who found this out didn't abuse it, it easily can be done.

Well if its an "Exploit" That means everyone can do it until it is patched or fixed right?
I myself dont know this Exploit but i guess it really is helpful to VIPS so that they can say stop PropKilling.

If the VIPs start using it for that, others will catch on and start trying it out.
Then we have to start kicking for what we were doing in the first place
