I have shadows on medium though. Turning them down one notch from High was like 10 - 20 fps boost and still looks alright.

I wouldn't say that

6950 at minimum

my card(MSI Cyclone 6850) struggles like fuck at full max without AA

8FPS @ 1080p

however, lowering shadows to high and disabling the HBAO shiz fixed it back up to 60 average with textures etc still on ultra
