Mine personally, just listening to it, it is quite relaxing. I have my big headphones, the lights are off, and I'm comfortable.
I think the pulsating beat in the background is a very primal way of getting you to calm down. Regardless of what the commentariat on youtube thinks.

You could probably use this for a multiple of things and have it be pretty effective.

Ofcourse, the text about being cautious of listening to it while driving, I don't really believe in. Stuff like that never really happens to me. BUT I'm not sure considering I can't even drive. To me it just seems like something to make the music sound more tasteful.
