You can be like in the game infamous with lightning coming out of your hands.

You can shoot an arrow at the wall while you're Sneaking and the NPC's will run to the wall to see what's going on even if you're right behind them.
You can also traverse down the side of a cliff with easy by jumping down random rock.

Hitting someone 5 times with an arrow then cutting and stabbing them about 10 times will still not kill them.

Haha that depends what difficulty level you're playing on. And depends on your arrows, weapons, etc =P
