i got banned because my gmod/BIN folder is edited even though when you refresh server list it regenerates your BIN folder..... this guy doesn't understand what BIN folder is for, so i get banned because it is edited even though i can fraps / record a video of me doing good. i dont fucking hack w.e this will probably be removed due to no one caring..

That's not why you got banned, you were accused of hacking and there was some proof that I only viewed a bit of, but you disagreed with a ban and said that you're not hacking so the only possible way for you to prove it was to take a screenshot of your bin folder. I don't know whether you hacked or not but the ban seems legit...
And I haven't heard that bin folder regenerates after refreshing a server list.
