Calm down Mr. Tourrets. That's how it is with almost any release. There are usually linguistic, cultural, hardware and software, legal, graphic and musical differences that force the game to take longer to release in other countries.
Push comes to shove, (assuming you at least pre-ordered), you can always just torrent the US copy of the game if you can't wait.

Me and my friend got to witness the awesomeness of standing outside of gamestop for the midnight release. At a max, 5 different people recorded the whole line on video. Some of the people up front began to sing out that Harry Patridge Skyrim song.
