Why I should be VIP:
I want to be VIP because the servers are in need of more people to keep out the annoying people that ruin the servers. I want to keep the servers clean so that guests can have more fun without having to worry about RDMers. I have admin experience on a Minecraft server and I was an admin of The Raven's Nest TF2 server. I have never been banned before. I have seen the VIPs in action a lot to know what VIPs should or shouldn't do. I'm also good friends with several VIPs.
Why I want be VIP:
I want to be a VIP so I can be more help to the servers and keep them minge free. I have enough knowledge about what is wrong and what is right. I try to be friendly to everyone on the server except annoying little children so don't hold this one against me. I also like the idea of being able to get rid of minges instead of just sitting by and dealing with them or waiting for them to get banned from a report.

1) Find out if they are really hacking.
2) BAN
Disrepect to people/server
1) Ask them to chill
2) Don't chill then kick
3) Come back and rage more = ban
Target RDM or Revenge RDM
2) Do it again=kick
3)Come back+Do it again=kick
Innocent kills a Detective/Traitor kills/calls out Traitor buddy
1) Kick
2) Come back/ Do it again = ban
Prop killing
1) Tell them to stop
2) Do it again = kick
3) Come back and do it more = ban
