Things I would like to see:
1. Ability to global/all-chat as VIP. (not mic, though, for obvious reasons)
2. Karma penalty reduced by 25%
3. Karma regen rate increased by 50%

Rocket50:
With cogs, either we can cut out perma karma entirely or we can increase the rate that karma regens

Yeah VIPS need to have the power too talk in global when they are dead.
And they need to be able to talk to guys that are alive in TTT while you are dead.
