Power Supply help!

This Guy:
Ok I found this psu: http://www.pcx.com.ph/index.php/components/power-supplies/zeno-electron-orion-600w-w-fan.html
and I'm wondering if this is a true value or a generic one because, I don't want my PC to die instantly just because I was too cheap to buy a new psu.

I was recommended to buy a true value 600 watt psu for it to play smoothly on games.
