Please don't suggest anything else.

And will any of these 2 greatly increase the performance of my PC, my current graphics card is a PowerColor HD Radeon 5550 2 GB DDR3

The 5450 is actually worse then your current, so don't get that one. The 5770 on the otherhand is good.

I know you said do not reccomend anything else but the 6770 is $10 cheaper and has identical performance to the 5770 but cooler quieter and newer. So for $10 less its a better deal.
