Posted a picture in an older thread, but I want to create a newer one with updates.

Then, a few days later, The ears: (They're purple but the camera flash saw it as blue.)


Then, A week or so later, The head with the LED's in place. 2 colors. Green and blue.




How it looks so far:

This is the switch that controls the lights. Up is blue, Down in green, and the middle of off.


So now I need to get the wire mesh in the mouth in place and the head covered with felt.
We started covering the ball with little triangles of felt. This way we wouldn't get any ugly wrinkles.

We then attached the white fabric to the wire mesh. (This is the mouth)

Then, we attached the ears, eyes, and mouth using hot glue.
