Well the recoil is only against you if you're like spamming it randomly but if you're firing across the map and since it only takes about 1-2 shots, the recoil won't do anything.

The AK-47's effective range is MUCH larger than any of the Stronghold maps...
It's accurate within 2-4 inches at 100 meters.
And it does have a fair amount of recoil, try using the other assault rifles.
If you made all of the assault rifles useless at range, sniping would become incredibly overpowered.
Snipers have a huge advantage over assault rifles as it is, I don't see what you're complaining about.

Well you could say th more accurate. By the way, a headshot with any primary is a 1 hit kill.
When I went on the server it was mostly auto-sniper spam anyway, but I did fine against AK-47s and AWPs alike.
This game rewards skill. The AK-47 isn't even the best assault rifle for evee same for the M4A2 and P90 as as well, only they'rery situation or play style, so don't nerf it just because it's powerful and popular.

You can't take one sentence out of context call it ad hominem.
I logically explained why the guns were fine.
That last line was clearly hyperbolic and independent of the argument.
How's high school English treating you?
I know that not everyone wants the AK-47 to take 8 hits, but even your suggestion of making the AK-47 a 3 hit kill would make the AK-47 worse than the P90 and M4A2 in every respect.
These are things you have to consider before you start talking about balance.
