5GB RAM Memory
NVIDIAGeForce9400(Geforce9300GE + GeForce8200)
Windows vista home premium
Those are the things I can find, I would just like to ask if it's a good set up or if it's shitty as fuck...
Also, can't play Dead Island with more then 13 fps at a time with lowest settings and resolution :L
But for some reason Source games on high can't do anything to it.
I might get quite a bit of money later so I would just like to know if you guys think I should replace anything ;-;

Ram is good. Processor is okay. Graphics Card is sort've on the low end. Vista is bad. If you need to upgrade anything the graphics card and OS should be top priority.
Radeon 5670 ($70) would make a good upgrade, Could probably play dead island pretty good. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127600
Radeon 6770 ($110) would be the next best thing, Will play dead Island maxed out. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125396
GTX 460 768mb ($130), though the most expensive; would run pretty much anything you throw at it. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162058
Spoiler (click to show/hide)how many watts is your power supply? you can probably check if you open the comp and look on the side, it might have a sticker on it or something.

Everythings okay except your graphics card. Cake Faces suggestion of a GT 240 is good. Radeon 5550 would be better if you can stretch your budget.

Until we've realized you only have a 350W PSU and that GPU requires a 400W.
Try to go here and calculate how much power you use. I don't suggest you get that one until you've talked to multiple people and made sure your PSU can handle it.
