   The top two servers Iplay on are the TTT and Zombie Survival servers, I have played on the build servers, but i havnt played on the Flood,  Rotation, and Fretta servers.

Why I should be VIP:
   I am gonna be quite honest when I say I am pretty pissed when I am on the RND servers and I have to be the one to get an admin or high ranking member to deal wth the person who is causing so much hate. I would like to stop them before they cause an unrest in the server.
   I have seen speedhacking, aimbotting, porn sprays (some arent too bad =3), Name changers, RDM'ers, and the general dicks of them all. I would like to be able to do something to stop them because to be quite honest when the assholes are on theres not an admin or VIP to be seen. I have tried to report these people as a usual member of RND but that process takes too long and is usually screwed up when I lose the persons Steam id (which has happened several times). I remember when RND was a gamers salvation from the usual crap servers on Gmod, but its kinda gone downhill and thats understandable, its hard to make sure all your servers are a safe gaming enviroment to all.

Why I want to be VIP:
   I want to be a VIP because it is JUST high enugh rank to do something about the constant threat against RND, so I can feel useful to this great community i have been  apart of for 3 or so years. I am familiar with the rules of RND's servers and have experience with dealing with the 'minges'. Also the Ban request process takes too long, I want to stop them at the source.

Situations:
   I have had a couple experiences just recently (which pushed me to do this after I wanted to for a year or so)
fags name: 1000, He was glitching through the maps walls, making it unable to shoot back at this dastardly traitor, and POSSIBLY aimbotting, he picked off alot of people with headshots.
(I called smasters but he left as soon as smasters left)
Other fags name: White Van Candy Nipples, This douche did a few things that urged me to report him. He was mainly an asshat, he spammed in chat and voice. RDM'd alot, killed traitor buddies,

Contributions to RND:
   I have not done too much to contribute to RND to be honest, I have called admins out of there normal lives to kick someones ass on a server (which I find quite hilarious). I have tried to make maps and am still trying to make that one PERFECT map, unlike some people that just make s*** in 10 minutes.

Things done In-Game
   I've had alot of good games on TTT and ZS, too many to really remember. One example of Zs was when I got 138 kills on infected hospital, and I make it a goal to get at least 45 kills each round (get it about 50 50). With RND's TTT theres not much to say, im ok and the games fun. With ECG's TTT I went on a murder spree which lasted 23 kills on the map ttt_fallout (while i was laughing and saying ive killed (#) people with my shotgun so far, i won that round). I can't really beat that goal on RND, but I will manage.

   I use to fight with SMasters in ZS, we were the best, we fought against eachother (hypothetically) for kills to see who could get the most, or at least I did.(I was the usual one to die)

   I consider myself to be a fun person to play a game with, im a pretty good team player, i give effort, i follow the rules, im not a child so my voice wont make you burn yourself with gasoline, and im kind of a random person, so .:'=-~rANdOm~-=':. seemed like a good place to be =3.

This is deifitely one of the more passive agressive applications I have seen in a while. Part of what I think we as an administrative rank should show is fairness and respect. This shows to other players how we expect them to behave. I'm not saying you can't have fun, but it does take a certain level of seriousness and maturity. No offense, but you seem rather demanding and mildly abusive.
