TTT Team chat

The TTT team chat (Not voice chat) seems to be broken for a few days already. Fix plox. (Try it yourself, if you didn't notice, too lazy to get screens)

I dunno why, but just typing "!servers" [no quotes] isn't working anymore.
Also, I know there is the issue of ghosting, but it would be cool if there was some means of global chat in case we have mass teamkillers, RDMers, and need to shout out to see if a VIP or admin is around/able to come in to help, since what ***I*** sometimes see is that the RDMing in mass, team killing, etc happens, people are dying, unable to call out on global for VIP or admin, and it goes on for a while - and the guy leaves, then comes back later to troll - and a lot of people who talk about writing reports never end up doing it... once in a while, since the person in question left before being able to get some evidence - like the steam ID, or recording actions, etc.

That's what the /gl is for. It's global chat which goes to all the servers.
Also you can record yourself. Just write "record name" into console to make a .dem which you can add to the report. Not much of a FPS loss and there is sound too. I forgot how to get the steam ID by console, though. You can see it when the player leaves. (Pro tip: Screenshot time) I guess you knew that, but oh well, I am in a good mood to be helpful. I was feeling like writing something so there you are. :P

Yes, I'm not quite sure why, but team chat is broken, traitor chat is broken, along with other things I can't quite remember because i'm just waking up.

To get a list of the servers, type !servers in chat - used to work, not working for me it seems.
