I tore out the part where she wrote the date (since the excuse note is literally just written on a torn notebook paper) and used that an as excuse slip if my teacher wondered why I wasnt showing up.

I used it everyday for a whole semester until I was put on the suspicious list and was called in the principals office one day.
He was fat and was eating a twinkie. Not even joking, and he looked at me and asked what kind of grades I made...

I said A's and B's... which was kind of a lie.. Let's just say they were not failing but they were not beautiful either.
He looked at me and said "You look too innocent to be skipping class. You look like a good girl. You're free to go. Just don't let me catch you again"


Fucking felt like a boss.

Delayed starts: 9:45AM to 2:30

Early Releases: 7:24AM to 10:35AM

we only have a mix of 1-3 delayed starts or early releases a month

normal: 7am to 2:17pm
delayed: starts at 8, rarly 9. our school is fucks and hates 2 hours delay
early released: Doesnt happen. Even when we had an ice storm that took down power to everything for a long time (winter version of irene :D) and several gun threats
snow day: school laughs at us and says "4 inches of ice on road? lol thats why there are seatbelts!"

Aw man, looks like I got the short end of the stick...

School starts - 7:45am
School ends - 3:15pm
Late arrival Wednesdays (every Wednesday) - 8:48am (and yes those dumb shits made school start on such an obscure time)
No early dismissal...but hey guess the fuck what! If you have a class in the "flap" you come 25 minutes earlier every day for your first period class!

But I'm sure someone else has it worse than me. It's not so bad anyways.
