Theres no rules at all on the forums, aside from posting inappropriate content or duplicate accounts.
GM's can ban if they feel something is wrong though, like someone spamming board with stuff like "LOL" for no real reason, or severely attacking another user.
But that's besides the point. If people don't like it, they'll say something. Theres also no rule against people stating their opinions either. :l

I think he means that there arent any set rules against posting ponies, but the reactions of the community kind of makes it an unspoken expectation

Kind of like how people get spammed with -1'ns when they post like Gmod idiot box or something.
You won't get banned for it, or anything. It's just a large portion of the community thinks this kind of stuff is taking it wayyy to far.

Well, yes, but usually people don't just go and -1. People have posted furry shit before, and didn't get -1'd.
