5. Well i barely joined Zombie Survival when i saw a Zombie Speed Hacking and i asked "is someone speed hacking?" and Someone replied with "Yes i have been trying to get and Admin or VIP", then soon after that i saw someone posted with my name and i said "WTF?!" then i noticed that the name kept changing to other players, when i saw the Scoreboard the name Changer kept changing his name...

It appears a report was already made on him but his name was "Stereotype".

He was speedhacking on zs_maze as last human.

Steam ID matches in all three areas.

I was the one who vote banned him. So yeah he should be perma banned for name changing.
Btw, I have also kicked him yesterday for team killing.
