Share Your Favorite Old Game of All Time.

Remember the days before the Halo virus? What is your favorite old game (as in 1980's to the very early 2000's) Share yours for everyone else to view, also you can share your favorite level if there is one + Youtube video of it. I'm curious and sure everybody else is as well.
Jet Moto Series - PSX (Jet Rider in Europe) released in 1999. I have played Jet Moto 1, 2, 3 but not fully, never beat all levels, the later ones are hard. The game had amazing graphics for a PSX game.
Favorite Level - Devils Canyon on Jet Moto 3, I like one called Nebulous on Jet Moto 2 because it is Hell and Heaven (literally)
